Ingredients
1 egg yolk
500g chicken breast fillets
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Foodace All Purpose seasoning
Handful cheddar cheese.
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorn
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorn
Instructions
1. Wash chicken
breasts, pat dry with kitchen tissue and place in a food processor. Using the
pulse function, process until chicken breasts become semi smooth with tiny
pieces still visible.
2. Add the
remaining ingredients and process further until they are well combined. Once
well mixed, roll into small balls. Place on a baking tray or in a bowl, cover with cling film and then place
in the fridge for couple of hours.
3. In a skillet or
frying pan, heat up 1/3 cup of avocado oil on a medium gas heat and fry until golden bowl
and cooked through.
4. Serve hot or
warm
