370g Lamb leg steak
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon Foodace Grill Mix
1 tablespoon Honey
Salt to taste
3 Garlic cloves (Minced)
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
265g mixed vegetable stir fry (1 pack)
275g Fresh Wholewheat noodles (1 pack)
1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, Foodace
seasoning, honey and garlic in a bowl, mix until combined, set aside. Shred the
lamb steak using a knife, and season with salt.
2. In a preheated pan/wok, add the marinade mix,
heat up for few minutes, then add the shredded lamb. Stir fry for about 5 to 7
minutes, until cooked through and browned.
3. Add the noodles and stir fry vegetables, toss
until well combined. Reduce the gas heat and allow to simmer for 3 -5 minutes.
Serve in a bowl, hot!.
