Red cabbage has a robust hearty flavour and has nutritional benefits. They contribute to overall health as they are fibre rich and contains range of vitamins and minerals. Still on my weight loss journey and I have started incorporating more vegetables in my smoothies. These smoothies, I will share on my Instagram page, time and again. Here is my Sweet Cab Smoothie recipe.

Sweet Cab Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup red cabbage
1/2 cup frozen pineapple cubes
1/2 coconut water or water
1 cup orange juice
_
Combine all in a blender.
Blitz until smooth.
Pour in a glass and enjoy.
