Sweet potatoes are packed with fibre and a source of slow releasing energy. I have never tried sweet potatoes in smoothies but this was a hit. It was so good. Here is my recipe.

Potato Pine Smoothie
_
1 cup chopped sweet potatoes (microwave until cooked)
1/2 cup pawpaw/papaya
5 frozen pineapple cubes
1/3 small pear
1 and 1/3 cups coconut water.

Blend together
Pour in a glass
Enjoy.

This looks great,never tried it in a smoothie also! Love sweet potato in kids diet,i always promote in in my child nutrition and cooking classes. This is definitely worth trying. Thanks for sharing.
