Plaintain chips made with semi ripe plantain
Ingredients
2 semi ripe Plantains
Frying oil for deep frying
Preparations
Peel the back of the plantains. Watch how you can do that
here
slice using a mandolin slicer
Heat up the oil and then fry in small batches until crunchy
Allow to cool, then serve.
